Not long ago, I received a mail from Modes4U asking if I wanted to review some of their products. It took me half a second to say Japanese Fabric!!! They didn´t disappoint.
Echino linens are a dream to wirk with. Cutting, sewing and using them is an absolute pleasure.
Not long ago, my experience with linen was somewhat limited, now I only think of projects involving linen!.
Once I had those lovely fabrics home, I decided to make a tutorial: a simple but cute foldable grocery bag.
I was inspired by a bag my grandma had: It was a small coin purse with a clasp closure that also hid a bag (this one looks a bit alike but Grandma Elena´s one was way nicer).
I did a free take on that bag, simpler, without the coin purse. I think the gorgeous fabric comes to compensate the lack of vintage details, don´t you agree?
So, without further ado, the tutorial:

Turquoise insect echino canvas and
Natural color wildflower canvas
